Weigh day tomorrow!! been a bit of a malteser fest today, I blame hormones..

Breakfast: none

Lunch: tortilla wrap with goats cheese and salad

Snacks: maltesers, banana chips, small mix of dark choc buttons, dried cranberries and pecan nuts, fresh pineapple, skips,

Dinner: tofu, carrot, courgette, broccoli and garlic

Drinks: water, peppermint tea, decaff coffee

lunch: oat cakes, olivio, 2 boiled eggs, 20g goats cheese

drinks: decaff coffee, water, diet coke

My first box had fresh grapes, dried blueberries and a chocolate a brazil nut mix.  I have ordered another for Saturday!


breakfast: dried blueberries, fresh grapes.

Lunch: 1 and a half slices of toast with butter, 2 poached eggs, small amount of potato wedges.

Drinks: water, latte, peppermint tea

Snacks: Brazil nuts, Dark and Milk chocolate buttons (additive free, only 20g)

Dinner: Tofu with stir fried carrot, courgette and garlic, fry light sunflower spray.

Lost another 2lbs this week which I am very happy with.  Weirdly enough I allowed myself a couple of treats this week (bad for the candida I know, but good for morale)

Thats half a stone lost in total.
